Topic: Hostboard closing email support

Due to the influx of SPAM (I received over 9,000 pieces this week alone!) and not having the time to weed through the mess, I will be turing off support@hostboard.com permanently and will NOT be replacing it with another email address.ALL support will be directed through the HB3 and the help desk system that I have incorporated in to it. It does not interface or interact with the current system *yet*. It will be configured to allow "guest" use so any posts will have to include your account information. As soon as I have things configured (hopefully some time next week) over on HB3 an announcement will be made system wide and I will reconfigure all support links to point to the help desk system. -------------------- Please do not contact me directly for support.
