JIMMY JUSTICE! Has anybody seen this guy on YouTube? A new style super-hero!

I just saw a report on Countdown with Keith Oberman.
The guy video-tapes his confrontations with city cops, as they abuse their power by parking in a no parking zones, to go in and buy more donuts, etc. etc!

What they showed, was hilarious! If I had hi-speed I'd be watching all of his videos, for sure!

One of them reminded me of the Andy Griffith Show when Barney made an illegal U-turn and Gomer made a citizen's arrest!

Very confrontationally funny!

He sings his own theme song too...
[Musical Note] Bad boys Bad boys what you gonna do?
What you gonna do when Jimmy Justice comes for you?!?! [Musical Note]

It should be easy enough to find at
www.youtube.com
if interested!

Good one, Gus. My favourites have been on youtube for a while, but they never fail to cheer me up. Try 'laughing baby hahaha', 'baby laughing at the Wii' and 'top 3 laughing babies'.

Hey Cherie Peeps,
I'd appreciate it if you'd share your YouTube finds on this thread.

I will make sure it stays on page one, so it's easy to find.

I like to keep the "off-topic" topics condensed, a bit, so The Cherie topics can stay on page one longer.

Please help me strike the right balance by posting your YouTube finds here, rather than starting new topics with them.

Thanks a lot!
[Thumbs up]
Gus

I had heard, a while back, that a tape had surfaced from an impromptu jam session with John Lennon and Paul McCartney, in 1974, four years after The Beatles split up.
Apparently that audio recording has found it's way to You Tube.
I can't really listen to it properly but Roger checked it for me and most of the comments, over there, lead me to believe it's the real deal!

Here's the link to it. Whatdaya think? //oo\\

Hi Gus. It's hard to tell for sure if it's genuine or not, what with modern techniques to fake things, but it does sound real. I'd like to think it is, and that we're listening to something a little bit special. Thanks for telling us about it.

Here's something for folk to check out. It's an advert that's being shown on British TV at the moment and took me totally by surprise first time I saw it. I'll say no more, except that you can see it at the following link:

Poor guy!

Hi Gus,

You need to get yourself broadband - there's such an amazing amount of stuff on youtube. It's great for that time of night when you aren't quite ready for bed, but aren't really up to doing anything that takes any effort.

You can rest easy where the alligator is concerned - the guy didn't really lose his head. This clip is actually a shortened version of another advert shown on British TV, for an Australian lager beer called Fosters. The people who posted it have taken the end off to pass it off as authentic. I'm pleased to say it is computer generated, though it does look real. People in this country weren't quite sure if it was faked or not, until the second ad in the series appeared - where a man got his head bit off by a pelican. If I can find that one on youtube I'll post it here.

Thanks for setting me straight Paul. I'll set everyone at work straight today.
Yesterday it was the talk of the town, around there.

I did a quick google search, just now, and realized I shoulda done that in the first place.

I'd love to see the pelican video.

You are right about me needing broadband but at least my better computer is working now and I can see the videos, in slow motion, sort of.

I think YouTube is great and I do want to be able to enjoy it and the sooner the better!

Later bud!
[Thumbs up]
Gus

It won't play right with my dial up but it looks very cool!

Hey daddio! I agree with the comment above about you getting broadband. I live in the "trees" now and I cannot get internet service out here from most companies. I found through Verizon a >Broadband stick< I just had to install the software, and plug it in my computer and now I have internet. It is alot faster than dial up. I believe it is about 40.00 a month. But I was paying that for internet in Tucson. You should look into it. Verizon.

Thanks for the suggestion Kelly! When I get out of my current slump, I'll look into it. Right now I am only paying $9.95 per month for Net Zero which is adequate for most stuff I wanna do.

YouTube is the only thing I feel I am missing out on, at this point!

Speaking of which, did you know that Kate Blanchett (a women) is playing Bob Dylan in a new movie about him?!?!

Check THIS out!

Do YOU think she looks like Zimmy or Just Like A Women?!?

I remember a completely different Mr. Big Stuff video than that, from back in the day.

I'm sure I have it somewhere.
But where? That is the question!

Those young ladies could rock your socks off,
without a doubt!

I'm showing my ignorance here, and I really should have made the effort, but to my shame I really never known that much about Mara Fox. Sorry Mara. But Gus, that video and that song that you've drawn our attention to are absolute stoaters (as we say over here in the rainy country). I want to know more.

While we're talking about youtube... Would anyone happen to know why I'm suddenly having a lot of trouble viewing videos? It's like I'm back to dial-up and have to wait about ten minutes before I can watch the clip I've clicked on.

I'm far from an expert Paul. Maybe you have so many in temporary files that you are running out of space or something.

I was wondering if I might have to go in and delete some of those myself, at some point.

Maybe ellanoize can 'splain to us how it works!
Now HE is an expert!
I'll ask him tonight, if he is in the chat room!

Later bud!

Cheers Gus.

Unrelated topic here, but I've tried on a few occassions to get into the chat room, but I always seem to be the only one there. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, or I'm just too early. My problem where live chat is concerned is the time difference - it's 1.35am here at the moment and my eyes are starting to get heavy. If I don't managed tonight - or rather, this morning - I'll try again some other time. It would be really nice to chat to you guys. Have a restful Sunday.

It looks like we are a few hours behind you. There is a 6 hour difference between london & me, and 7 hours difference between Paris. That should give you a ballpark. I usually show up about 7:30 Centeral time & that would be between 1:30 to 2:30 your time.
I hope that helps, it would be great to chat with you.

Hey Paul, it was 8:30ish when you posted. That was Eastern Time, also known as Message Board Time, so there is a 5 hour difference.
Our chats begin at 8:30 Message Board Time so if you had entered the chat room right then, you'd have seen some of us already there.

I know that is an inconvenient time for peeps on your side of the pond but when we were establishing the best time to meet, several years ago, nothing else seemed to work out.

There are other disadvantages, as well, but all in all, it seems to be the only time when several people can show up at the same time. Some folks can only join us occassionally and some "regulars" can not always be there.

I like having an established chat time so people know it's an option for them when they ARE free to join in!
The end time varies, depending on how it goes and some people just drop by for a few minutes to say hello, before going about their business.

I hope you can stay up late once in a while and drop by at 1:30ish your time, even for a little while.
It gives everyone a chance to get a little better aquainted!

Have a nice Sunday dude!
[Thumbs up]
Gus
