Hi, has anyone had any experience with front mounting these onto cabinets. Apart from needing to modify the cutout for the 'vane' like parts, any other issues?

I want to make cabs for my six 604e's but wnat to avoid needing a removal front baffle or rear panel.

Thanks

Pretty much just cutting the notches.

Might want to do a search of the board- I remember pics posted in the past.

I did it on my 19 clones and although it is easy enough to do, the major drawback is there is no material left in the wood to use T-Nuts for mounting the speakers.

Hi
I recall an Altec enclosure drawing with a plywood ring . The speaker is mounted to the back of the ring. The ring is front mounted into a large hole in the baffle board.
