How come someone who was already good before doping socialized with many men who were alleged to having doping backgrounds?

Even if she is erased from the history books, even if she gives back all of her winnings, didn't she still deprive someone one else a chance for fame years ago?

If she tries to rehabilitate her public image, isn't she just stealing from those she already robbed years ago, again?
