For some years I've also frquented the Tribadism and kissing forum here:

But the other day - sigh! - it was taken over by yet another mainstream porn company.

Does anyone have any idea if that forum has emerged at another site

usually this is te result of admins who don't pay any attention. Most likely the forum got hacked and rebuilt by someone else, or they did it themselves and never bothered to tell all their members...

Either way, I think we can safely say it's probably dead.

Yeah, it definitely looks like someone swiped the site. If you google the text below "Sexboards.com," on http://www.sexboards.com/index.php?wp=1 (which happens to be "XXX SITES, CAMS, EROTIC PERSONALS AND MORE!"), you get a bunch of results:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22XXX+SITES%2C+CAMS%2C+EROTIC+PERSONALS+AND+MORE%21%22

That reveals 15,600 results. If you do a whois lookup (http://whois.domaintools.com/) for sexboards.com, the legitimate owner, ptekcom, is still there. My guess is that either A) they haven't noticed yet or B) they are trying to get it back. As they don't have a real site, they have no way to communicate to all their various members that something is fucked up.

Just tried again - working fine....you're likely being misrouted by the DNS servers that you are being cycled through and that may take a bit of time to clear up.

Doesn't look like anything has been posted for a few days.

Looks like some big time company is trying to jack the URL. It was out and back but for the past several days the monster company is back. My links work but when I try to dive into the forum it brings up their gateway page.

I think that was the Sexboards owner complaining. Notice the date is mid-January before the change. Seems that it's a referral URL right now. I doubt if they'll get much business from the old crowd there. I saw what some of those areas were like. The only one I felt was worth enjoying wast the Trib area. Most of the others were nothing more than places for websites to advertise.

Regarding the rules on the new forum, I would ask you to make one change regarding links to full movies. It's one we agreed to on the old forum, after a good deal of discussions, and particularly after Morton immediately deleted links to a pirated full California Wildcats video (which I notified him about).

A lot of sexfight and similar videos were produced by Dragon Films of Brazil. Their file names usually begin with MF, MFX or DFX. I don't know the details, but the owner of the website was arrested on a visit to Florida and the site shut down. It was either Morton or AvidMike of Chickfight who said he got a bit more of the specifics; he refused to go into detail but he said that, knowing the details, it was pretty clear some heavy duty criminal charges would stick and the site would be gone permanently.

Pretty much none of Dragon Films' titles were transferred to some other vendor, which means the only way those titles are available is if someone posts them. After discussions with a bunch of us who are concerned about pirated videos forcing producers to abandon a particular niche market (such as sexfighting), Morton agreed to allow an exception for links to postings of Dragon Films titles, at least unless some vendor starts selling them again. I ask you to consider making the same exception.
