I have just learned that American Express (AMEX) is no longer processing purchases for and from Adult Websites.

AMEX performs periodic reviews and audits of all of their website affiliates and if/when they discover that it is an Adult website they discontinue their affiliation.

I have been reviewed by AMEX and disassociated.
