Hello Panomaniac, I noticed your comments to Airboss about his giant wood lathes. I have a 12" Porter wood lathe, myself, and I'm looking for an 18", 20", or 24" Porter. I'm currently restoring my Porter, which has an 8 foot wooden bed. Do you or does anyone else know if Airboss got rid of these lathes, or if he still has them, or how to get in touch with him? I'm looking for these lathes for our maritime museum, here in coastal Massachusetts. Any information you can provide will be gratly appreciated. Thanks a bunch. Hob.
