Whatsonstage.com has a round up of the reviews, some press night photos and video footage. http://www.whatsonstage.com/index.ph...itics+Awake%3F

Reviews are a bit mixed but more good than not and this is an unusual show which obviously wont appeal to everybody.

I have seen it twice now and absolutely love it. It's funny, touching, energetic, visually beautiful and has an amazingly talented cast. My 13 year old twins saw it on Monday and really enjoyed it too. So I give it 5*s.

Debra, thank you so much, you're a fairy! Enjoyed the video thoroughly, but I could hardly recognize John - he's so modest-looking! And I always said that he CAN smile symmetrically!!! In general, I'm absolutely positive! It's a pity that I can't see the show, I think it would blow my mind!

    Hi Rerina,
Yes I'm sure you would love this show. How do you mean modest? To me he just looks perfect.
You are funny about his symmetrical smile. I have two photos from Monday and I am sure he is smiling symmetrically in these. I'll e-mail them to Enessis and ask if she will host them here for us.
    Love

So good to see John get the recognition he deserves for this role.

    A bientot
