You are wrong on that one.
no 11th graders cant play a JV sport.
JV is for 8,9 and 10 only.

They can, but you never see it in Virginia. It's just not a good practice because if a junior is playing on the JV rather than the varsity, it's not likely that he/she will ever contribute significantly to the varsity. It's not illegal, but it's not a good practice either.
Now go into Tennessee and you'll see it on a regular basis in the bigger schools. Students in Kentucky and Tennessee can play both JV and Varsity in the same night with a limit of 6 quarters.
even seniors can play in JV games...its all according to how much, if any, a player will play on varsity
If you are getting rowdy at A Pound-J.J. Kelly JV football game, you should look in the mirror and re-evaluate your entire life, nothing is off limits re-evaluate it all. I repeat this is a Pound-JJ Kelly JV Game.
what happend formmwhat i heard is that wise had sophomores and JUNIORS playin since they cant wina varsity game they moved them down to jv to paly a game so they might luck up and be able to experiecne what a win feels like
