Silva showed the world how dangerous he can be.

he didnt land more than 20 punches, but in those punches, he made forrest his *****.

No, Forrest was already hurt.... but it wasn't even a full jab, just like a smack to the face and he went down....

BJ Penn defeats Kenny Florian by 4th Rd Submission, RNC

BJ dominated Kenny the whole fight, Kenny had no offense all night, where BJ landed lots of hard punches.

mediocre card....spider rocked griffin before that "soft" jab you all call it knocked him out...im sure it wasnt that soft, we all know griffin can take a punch

penn showed why he's the best 155er in the world, expect to see penn/sanchez next

riddle and sotiropoulos looked real good on the undercard, also expect thales leites to be cut prolly after another poor showin

Re: Boxing/MMA Fights - local, national, world

leites is as good as gone, the loser of his and sakarra's fight was going i figured.
it was a boring card mostly, lots of decisions and lay and pray.

but the sadollah/hendricks fight was ridiculous, it was stopped way too early.

and george s. looked awesome, he really did, his ground game is phenominal.

i heard the news earlier too about diaz, it sucks because i really like to see him fight, and feel confident he would have dominated heiron.

and bj will never lose at 155, he proved that tonight. kenny did nothing the whole fight, he did no damage at all to BJ.
the diego fight will be better, diego will be stronger and more active than kenny, but itll end the same with bj walking out wit the belt.

Diaz is out of this Saturdays Strikeforce card. He no showed for a drug test. Jesse Taylor will step in and fight Heiron. The Werdum/Kyle fight is now on the main event as well.
