Wow. I wonder why it had to be "electric"?

And I wonder why the cartridge had masking tape with black magic marker over it...kind of weird.

I believe its in a National Geographic from 1966. I don't think Super8filmmaker came out until the 70's.

The cartridge they show is probably what Kodak was sending to every company (along with full specs) so that they could start designing Super 8 cameras if they wanted.
