OK, the transfer is done in video cd format at the moment. Next it will go into dvd.
Right now it looks great, it will play in some dvd players but will definetly play on the computer. Looks much better than on vhs.

OK the first round of Blue Note discs have gone out and to the lucky few in LA, they should have them either today or tomorrow.
One note, as they stand now it will play in some DVD players. Windows Medie, Quick Time and a dvd program for the PC will play back the file beautifully.
Or you can follow some simple directions on this website and make a whole diffrent disc to play in a dvd player. http://www.vcdhelp.com/easycd.htm
This page will tell you what dvd players will and won't play a VCD.

Some of you have asked why did I do this, 2 reasons: one is tax right off! 2 is that if someone has the material it should be made available, even if there is no real trade to make. These are my fealings, no money involved. We all want to learn, see and hear as much as we can. Enjoy the disc for those who asked.
