i think its a matter of perception. i always hear people from europe complain that the poisons and the ratts don't tour over there that much anymore.
friday i saw The Eyeliners and Joan Jett. tomorrow is Seb Bach/Alice Cooper and Twisted Sister. next week the Misfits and Queensryche (not together) are playing here. in 2 weeks Black N Blue are playing a club here and then the next week Ratt is playing here and then Bret Michaels. I just got an email from Leslie Sanders with dates around here in early november. then throw in shows from KMFDM, Bile, The Genitortures, dope, Dimmu Borgir, amen, killing joke and the u.k. subs and there is quite a lot going on around here.
for as much as i love Tigertailz i don't know if i would want to see them without the original lineup and all the hair and stuff. the only band i wish would come over here for some shows would be (cover your ears carl) hanoi rocks.

I'll be at most of the upcoming London shows, hopefully.
Bonfire, Skid Row, Tigertailz/Robin Black, Good Charlotte, etc, etc.
Like someone said earlier, the grass is always greener. I'd have liked to have seen that show last year in the States with Dokken, Firehouse, LA Guns, Warrant, Winger, or whatever the lineup was.
