    Copelco Capital, Inc., has been providing creative leasing and financing services for over 25 years. Due to our financial strength, we have become one of the top leaders in equipment leasing. We are a continuously growing operation and have an exciting opportunity available for a seasoned recruitment professional at our Mahwah, NJ location.

    Qualified candidates will be responsible for partnering with Senior Management to develop new approaches to recruitment, filling positions in a timely and cost effective fashion. Manage recruitment procedures including requisitions, interviewing, selection, record keeping and administrative processes. Develop new and creative approaches and soureces for recruitment. Negotiate contracts with search firms and advertising agencies. Prepare quarterly reports related to Cost Per Hire, Requisiton Activity and Strategic Planning. Manage the college recruiting and Employee Referral Program. Prepare and manage the recruiting budget. Screen and refer qualified applicants to company hiring managers for follow-up interview.

    Must have at least 5 years proven track record in progressive, innovative recruitment. Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is required. Must have working knowledge of employment law and contemporary interviewing techniques. Prior management experience required.

    You can also use infant formula and there should be a recipe you may be able to find online for using dry milk or regular milk. I cannot remember what it is because I used kitten replacement formula. The most important thing is they need to eat. Ask Melissa_Olivia for advice as she has bottle-fed kittens many times.
