Well there's the Ex-Girlfriend (Dirty Version) which should be in the huge list by anubis, but nipple clamps or clitrings would be pretty impractical I think. And I don't believe there are any of those stories on this site. The Ex-Girlfriend has the women braid their hair and cunthairs together.

I also remember the glue one. It's been ages since I saw that story. That story might be 15 years old now.

EDIT: It's actually 17 years old heh.
