I must start with the obvious, as it's mostly an over/under thing. The rate for writing a book on any subject, when the author isn't that talented or is new to the business is 15k, regardless of length, which pretty much excludes the product being an actual book. If you think about it, a thousand or two thousand fans would have to band together to make it a reality.
Just as a wayside, non-fiction books do not, under any circumstances, glorify exploitation, or be as salacious as to dish about love affairs, that's pulp fiction. Since today data protection has become more strict for anyone doing business in the EU, so it's not very likely they would reveal how and where they hire. Even if they could, the probably wouldn't to protect the women from creeps.
