i have a 1968 gmc 3/4 ton with DRUM brakes

i bought rotors spindles calipers power booster from a 1971 3/4 ton pkup.

the ball joints and tie rod ends do not fit.

what parts can i use to use to install the 71 brake parts.

    thank you for any help.

You should have to use the ball joints and outside tie rod ends for a 71 3/4.

try any local auto parts store, or online truck restoration places (like LMC Truck) you will need to order new tie rode ends, and sleves, and ball joints for a 1971 or 1972 Chevy Pickup. The lower ball joint will have to be pressed in, you can take it to just about any machine shop to get this done, and you will have to drill out the rivets on the upper control arm and the new ball joint will bolt in.
