I've looked this over and read thru everything but I think I'm going to pass. Honestly, if there wasn't any training, or very little, I'd enjoy it more. It makes looking for the right mix of talent that much more challenging and satisfying when you are able to do it. It was intriguing enough to look into it, but I will respectifully decline.
