Chicane quoted:
"I also have some other options to possibly use, to the likes of a set of 421-8 LF's and a few 411-8A LF's. But I just happened to have more 416A's than anything else..... and they are the hard ones to find information on."
I thought I would give him the specs available on the web.

Greets!
If you're going to design based closely on T/S specs, then you need to get them measured at the average power you plan to use them at. If you just want some specs as a guide:
21.4 Hz Fs
36.8 ft^3 Vas
4 Qms
0.292 Qes
0.27213 Qts
12.5 ohms Re
12.7" dia
1.4 mH Le
30 W Pe
0.14" Xmax (my SWAG)
calc'd:
126.677"^2 Sd
116.9943 N/A BL
1.1024E-03 mm/N Cms
50.175 gr Mms
97.3 dB/W/m

The 411 and 421 reference was most likely to my earlier statement of having those laying around as other possible drivers to use.
The thing is, I have found what has been presented. So I guess another question would be:
Are the components I am asking for (or have they been) replaced/superseded by another model number ?? For instance, the 803B and the 416A ??
There is plenty of reference to the 416A in numerous systems, but... I have yet to find any related information on this specific driver.
I do thank you guys for the additional links. There is a lot of information there, that I wasnt prevy to before. There are no signs on the internet that point to a fair majority of the information available.

The 416 by the 515G horn loaded speaker only.
There is a 3000 series less efficient the voice coil is underhung but mounted in a proper cabinet sounds good.
These models can be found at GPA or ICONIC under
different model numbers.

Convergence- in case you didn't notice I saw my mistake and posted an apology to you.
As far as the 802B/D link- it appears you are easily confused but i doubt the original poster was. The 802B and D have very similar specs. There are no 802b sheets archived on the web AFAIK.

Talking with a friend last nite, she gave me this link- has some ( but not much) info about the real old stuff- has timeline and some specs. Thought it might be useful to some here.
