Forum Software Help
I tried to get in touch with the Help Desk about image posting problems but it seems to have not gone thru. I used the "New Ticket" button at the Helpdesk. Once submitted it told my "You do not have permission to access this area" (or something to that effect).
How does one get in touch with the help desk and the back room. It's a forum software problem I'm trying to solve.

Yes, I was trying to start a new ticket but it didn't work. It was a technical question about image formats and uploading.

Sorry, I didn't see the link.
Link works, ticket does not. After I fill in the message and submit it comes back with:
Panomaniac, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Pano Steve sent me a PM.He said he logged in with your ID and was able to submit a help ticket with no issues.Take a look to see if you can view it.Or try and submit your original request.

I was able to login with your ID and create a test support ticket (you should be able to go to the HelpDesk and view "my tickets") without any issues. I also double checked the user group permissions and they are ok. You might want to try and logout, clear your browsers cache and cookies and re-log back in to see if that resolves it.
Sorry I did not post here, the keyboard on my laptop has the "u" key stuck and typing has become very interesting/difficult. Will be getting a USB keyboard latter on today so I can at least get some work done when I get home.

EDIT: Turns out to be a browser problem. I submitted a ticket via Firefox. You should see it now. Thanks for your help!
