    Vintage ALTEC grille cloth

    Hello,

I am going to plan an Open Baffle project with 604E and 416A as helper woofer. I am looking for the relevant vintage look (I already got the Maestro ALTEC badges black-gold!), so I need to find the right grille cloths. I prefer those in old ivory cream like in the earlier 838A Carmel... Please may you suggest me a good store with a good choice?

    Thank you for help

    Guglielmo

Back in the day Altec used a company called Newcastle Fabrics..They are still in business, however they now sub out their grill cloth line to a company called Acoustone Grill Fabrics which is part of Newcastle I think. They have the same address.

Thank you very much "Altec Best" for precious links. I have already contacted them hoping to find similar vintage Altec grille cloth.
