Prices are down a lot on some Altec items, nice pieces are being sold for a song...20 to 30% less than just months ago, but they will go up!!! Its a shame Altec didn't make more iconic home designs...
definately keeping my eyes open now.
Cs may not be As, but they're not Es either. i wouldn't give up my Es for anything ,, except a pair of Cs or As. and unless i trip over a pair of As in my backyard. i don't see a pair of those in my future. this pair would have been nice. and maybe later on down the road. i could have unloaded my Es and got my money back.

Tom t surround is correct for a "c".
"a" had a conventional surround. Was in earlier Lido with 755b.
