OK, I know it says 1.5 inches...but look at where the idiots put the ruler. Would you trust them or the Chinese who made it? My experience with Chinese stuff is you have to do your own measurement and testing. Obviously have to drill driver holes for 3 bolt, not sure about 4 bolt drivers. I don't believe their measurements on the bolt circle either. Yes it's plastic.
