    My Model 14 Woofers

    I've owned these speakers for a few years and was wondering if my Model 14 Woofers have original cones. Can anyone tell by these cone numbers/photos if these are the original cones, or GPA cones, or generic cones (hope not!)? Or, if they at least look like Altec cone numbers, or GPA cone numbers, or generic cone numbers? Thanks for any help anyone out there can give.

    Definitely Altec order/inventory numbers, most likely original cones.

    Yeah, member here posted pic of original M14 cones, looks like the same stamp you have:

    I'd forgotten that I'd posted those pics here three years ago in response to another thread. I always assumed these were original cones but IIRC I'd never posted the pics for the purpose of verifying that fact from other members until now.... Good to know they are in fact original...
