Screw it. The Forum's "Insert image" feature doesn't work, even when reduced to 460 x 300 and I don't want to be an HTML editor.
That's why I always recommend using a photo hosting site rather then using Hostboards "Insert Image" link. Because it really Sucks ! It resizes them down to practically thumbnails.

OK we got it. My syntax was wrong with the URL bit. Every other Forum I use has an insert feature where the direct code is used. Not old Hostboard, evidently.

Re: my "new" little 755e speakers

so i took my "bookshelf" speakers to church sunday. waited till the auditorium mostly cleared out and set them on the stage by the backwall and close to the corners. i just wanted to hear what they sounded like in a large room. i had a pyle pro cigarbox sized amp and an am fm cd clock radio to drive them with. (i know, i know, but this made it so much more enjoyable ) i won't say i was impressed. but a bunch of my friends standing in the middle of the auditorium were amazed. one guy even suggested swapping them out for the line arrays. "this sounds way better". the room seemed to carry sound really well. all the way to the back and out the doors. the best part was the guy in charge of the music telling me he had to hurry up and meet his wife but hanging out for steve miller. "I'm impressed by the amount of sound they produce"
all in all. it was fun.
certainly they didn't have a huge amount of bass but they have a very nice clarity and presence.

You should have dragged over the pair of blonde A7's to that church.

I think, another visit to your place is long overdue! How are you doing my friend? Looks like the room is full of gears already, a little crowded compared to what I remembered, and that's a good thing!

All is well here! The attic is just a bit cluttered, too lazy to fix things around Just PM if you are in town.
