Saw this pair pop up today. I have only seen these in a catalog. I bet they are badass running tri amped.
For those who have heard these in person, how did they sound?

For the time, really LOUD! Really though, in a PA app one is normally either so far away and/or so far off axis that up to a point they all sound the same, but if I'd heard them in a ballroom its quirks, etc., would be audible enough to critique, though probably sound pretty good overall and if in my room would probably sound horrible to me because I would be sitting too close for them to 'blend' into one.

Interesting. A bit of a hybrid if you look a the specs, should be a 291-16B and the HPLN version of the 604 with a 33914 cone part.
Same cone number as a 421-8lf..........
I think the idea of having the big mid horn to fill in between the 515 and 802 is a good concept. But, like GM mentioned, you would have to sit far enough away for them all to combine into one speaker. For HiFi use it kinda defeats the purpose of a point source driver like the 604. For PA use its just awesome. I mean, why not?
That common men can afford, the most impressive PA speaker i've heard in the last 20 years is the Mackie 1530Z.
