Those look to be in pretty good shape. Should clean up nice.
Knowing the local audio market in Syracuse, those might sit for a while. Even at that price. Unless one of the shops like HiOnFi picks them up.
Seems like a decent deal for someone. Since they blew the diaphragms long ago, maybe the woofers weren't played too much with the rotted surrounds
I have a pair of these I bought years ago and got screwed on.
Were covered with carpet. When I removed it the wood was water damaged.
Had the wrong HF drivers. Wrong X-overs. The EQ ckt was missing and the woofers were toast.
Other than that, I did good!
I have all the correct parts now. And I had started to fix the cabinets. Been sitting that way for 5 years now.
So how do these sound anyway? I've never heard any.

Memory's really dim now, but the pair I auditioned at the distributor were pretty impressive and audibly superior to its Barcelona spinoff, but we were all so 'traditional' components centric that we just thought them nice Disco speakers once the horns were shelved to get a stronger [mid] bassline.

I restored mine 12 years ago and they are still very impressive as my home theater speakers.

That's actually not a bad price if you live in Syracuse and can go get them.
Certainly nicer than the disaster pair I bought.....and have been sitting apart.

Just an expansion on that- as an eBay seller I can note that eBay only counts the last 12 months in your rating. So the seller may not have 100% positive over the entire 1300 plus. In the case of this seller, the 100% only applies in certainty to 27 transactions.
Always a good idea to go into the ratings and view feedback as a seller. That cuts out the feedback from purchases, which only can be positive. No matter how a buyer tries to screw the seller, the seller is powerless.
Also important-look at the star ratings for "item as described". This seller shines there.
This is just info, and not targeted at any seller, but low feedback scammers will make 10 purchases of el cheapo items, garner 100% feedback, then list items. You generally don't have to worry about that with a seller like this. But it never hurts to do your homework.
And I REALLY want these speakers...
