Oh yes, as GM suggests, dowels, and I think flat braces should have and all their in-cabinet edges rounded over.
Interior insulation should start with none, and added by ear, so that MINIMAL possible insulation is used. By EAR !!
I "think" Dennis' commercially available Serious Stereo 604 MLTL enclosures have NO braces internally, filleted corners where any panels meet, and is made entirely of ONE inch Europly.
