    What Altec speakers do you think this driver/horn combo came out of?

    A frankentec.

    I would guess that the 802 are not original to that, which is a MR902-16HF system with 802 drivers.

    Altec did weird things though, so this may be a very early example of that system.

    I've seen examples of stand alone 802-16G.
