Just wanted to introduce myself, and note that I can use all the hlep I can get on getting my excerize regime up and running. Learned that I had diabetes and so need to do this to keep my blood sugar under control.

I blew my knee out a few years ago by pushing too hard. Anybody have suggestions for a good cardioworkout that is easy on the knees? Also I dont know much about the right nutrition if any of you have knowledge about diabetes.
