We feel your past actions and treatment of Cherie to be quite rude and unprofessional.

Please note also if you try to harass us or speak of us in any slanderous or libelous way will be met with the appropriate legal action. Thank You.

- If we are reinstated to the California Paradise Fold we will take the following actions
1) Respond to Cherie's thread by issuing a General and Open Apology to her in light of what went down in the past weeks out of respect to her.
We also wish to do this if we hurt her feelings in any way and desire to make things right with her with regards to the friendship and goodwill she showed to us in our encounters at Chiller Theatre in 2001 & 2006.
2) Issue a General and Open Apology to you and the rest of the California Paradise Crew for what down in the past weeks as well out of courtesy and to promote a atmosphere of good will and feeling.

A CEASE FIRE AND PEACE PROPOSAL

Gus: To be quite honest, Me and Rob were going to send you a final PM and tell you to go toss off....

But as the day progressed, I had time to think about my past actions over the previous weeks on CP and all the promises I made to you and Cherie on my REFLECTIONS ON A DECADE PASSED

And if even Cherie feels we acted as troublemakers in being out of line, then I guess its time to dispense with the Frat Boy Antics and man up to be more responsible towards her and everyone else.

So after much thought and a series of Phone Calls between me and Rob, we wish to place the following Peace Proposal on the Table for you and Cherie to examine

Gus: We also understand there is a post over at California Paradise dealing with the fact that you have outed "Troublemakers".....

May We ask if me and Bob Christensen are included in this "category" ?

If so we feel it is offensive and would like the opportunity to defend ourselves against these accusations since we both have been loyal and ready to defend Cherie against all troublemakers for quite some time....

According to the laws of this Nation, the accused has the right to answer, address, and examine all charges brought forth against them....

Plus we have the right to request someone to act as a defense counsel

You forget I am a accredited Paralegal

And once again if Cherie would like to PM me about my review of THE RUNAWAYS and discuss it I assure you I will conduct myself as a proper mature adult and address her objections in a professional manner and try to make things right.....

You and Cherie can hold me to that ....
