Music had become her Sanctuary. Her solace. Her comfort.

It banished the voices in her head. The music drowned them out to dull roaring whispers.

There was nothing heavenly about what was endured.

For Sky it came down to irony of Good and Evil.

Light and Dark. Black and White. Devils and Gods.

Just flip a switch and leave a question burning on the inside.

The voices were the kindle, their Grace the match to strike.

She was their fire. A funeral pyre given a Voice.

They claimed her Gifted. Chosen.

Funny how in a world of demons and angels she felt nothing more then Cursed.

If only she knew… that she was just another one, not much different from the rest.

Just another fallen girl giving up her Grace.
