We're aware of an issue causing intermittent network outages with some droplets. To help stabilize your connection while we clear it up, please access your droplet's console using our control panel, log in, and run a continuous ping from your droplet to your droplet's gateway:

ping -i 60 x.x.x.x
where x.x.x.x is the gateway IP listed under the console window.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We're pushing a fix as soon as we can, and we'll inform you when more information and/or a resolution becomes available.
We do not offer managed services at this time.
