Sorry this has to be so complicated but the problem remains the same.
[edit]@aol.com (please erase) on google search engine points to the hostboard 'MarkSmith' - which I cannot log into to erase because I entered the wrong email address. Which should be [edit]@yahoo.com I forgot I reused the same yahoo address for a new hostboard account when trying to get hostboard support. So can you please erase the MarkSmith account from 8 years ago just to make things easier? Thanks. |

The email address @aol.com does not exist in the Hostboard database.
I changed the login ID Mark Jury email @yahoo.com as you requested and the system emailed you your information. You seem to have created a second account using this email adress. Mark3333 Since you created the second account with the same Yahoo email address as Mark Jury I can only suspect that the Yahoo address is correct. Since we do not allow 2 accounts per user/email I am going to delete the Mark3333 account. Check you Yahoo email for Mark Jury login information. If it was deleted or not received please use the lost password link provided in my previous reply. |

There seems to be a bug on the board associated with my email address. Could you kindly delete the account of MarkSmith from your database please? Its been inactive for 8 years. Thanks.

Though it is agasinst policy I will make an exception. Also there is no bug on the Hostboard system relating to emails, retreiving emails, etc. We have been running this software for in excess of 5 years and if there was a bug we would have had thousands of complaints as logs show ID requests to be pages and pages long. The only error messages in the log are due to bounced emails which occur when the email address is no longer valid.
