#17. It was during a race when a monster attacked one of the riders. Neptune appeared to save the boy (the rider) but she was really badly hurt. She was just not strong enough by herself. Haruka realized that Neptune and Michelle were the same person. The transformation wand appeared and Neptune warned Haruka that if she grabbed it, it meant that she was accepting her destiny as the Sailor scout of Uranus. (i'm pretty sure i got the sequence wrong but that's pretty much the core of it ...)

yeah, he brainwashed her. makoto lead them in and was just about to kick usagi when minako sensed it and blocked her. minkao is so much cooler and so much more the head bodyguard in the manga than in the anime.

#21. Andrew's Manga name is Furuhata Motoki and Chad's Manga name is Yuuichirou (I don't think he was known beyond a one-name basis. Not sure though.)
