OK, yesterday the high temp here was over 50. Last night, snow. Go figure. Tomorrow, supposed to be back up over 50 again.

LOL @ shoveling our driveway! ROTFL!!!! It is a about a fifth of a mile. I can shovel our sidewalks and porches, but the driveway, especially when it drifts over, needs a farmer's sturdy plow.
We had rain today, and I was glad that it wasn't snow.

Got a coating of snow over the weekend. Maybe an inch. Temps have come back to normal here. Seems like winter again. Groundhog saw his shadow, so six more weeks of winter, which coincidentally puts us right in the middle of March, when sping is supposed to arrive anyway. LOL!

I noted Phil predicting more winter, but is that just the area, or the US, or us in the UK too?
Went fairly cold for a week but is warming up again for the next week or so.
Off topic, anyone else ever visited this site?

starts off with some very bad acting, but some of it improves.

No, I had never even heard of that, Ian. Where's it made? I took a look at one of the previews.

We had about 16-18 inches last night but not the blizzard conditions that were predicted. Some shoveling and some plowing by a farmer and we are good to go.

Looks like you have some more snow to deal with.
Skiing in Central Park indeed!

In the DC area we had maybe 6 inches, all on Saturdya evening. Schools were closed on Monday. Some Maryland counties go hit with a great deal more snow but they are not in my area. DC region is sooooo not prepared for any snow.

I think we got about a foot and a half. Snowed in for a day. Then I went into NYC for a Toy Convention and boy is NYC a unpleasent place with a lot of snow.
Many of the sidewalks arn't cleared so if you walk, you walk in traffic, boy is that fun.
And I have now seen Yellow Snow. Could have lived a lifetime without that.
Taxi's are even less likely to stop.
This murky 4-5 inch puddle builds up at crosswalks. Seriously, they look like something really damn scary from a scifi movie. I spent much time going thru the snow to avoid the cesspools.
But the convention was useful and a bit fun at times. Got some cool crap. Made a few good contacts. And in another week or so is the New York Comiccon. It is supposed to be huge. And I will get some cool stuff at it as well. And hopefully my friend Erica will be able to go in with me, which will be truly cool.
Hope all are doing well.
