I don't know about anyone else, but I haven't been able to read anything posted to part 2 of this topic since February 2. So, here it is again...
Verona's topic from days of yore:
After reading a few posts from my female compadres, I thought we might have a board of
our own where we could discuss our interests, our hobbies, our husbands, significant
others, etc.
You do NOT have to know how to sew to join us. We are a friendly lot who like to talk
about everything. Also included would be our unique perspectives and insights into B5
episodes, as well as commentaries on other sci-fi programs and writings. Men may visit
OCCASIONALLY if they are polite.
(Note: In actuality, all intelligent beings have always been welcomed with open arms as long as they are polite.)

So, has anyone else had problems reading posts to this topic, part 2. Or am I alone is this?
I never know if problems are general and related to the board or specific and related to my computer. Maybe I should try updating some of my software?
On the good news front, I just found out that I will be eligible for the Temporary Extended Unemployment Compensation that was passed and signed last week. Best of all, benefits start with the week ending March 16, so I should be getting some money before the end of the month.
More later. I have to walk over to my sister's house to borrow her car. Looks like I have to replace the alternator on mine, but until my mechanic is back from vacation, I won't know for sure just why my system isn't charging the battery.

I'm having the same problem,Bee. It took me a minute to find your new listing. Thanks for that. BTW, if anyone else gets here, tell me what's with Panhistoria. Can't get there, either.

I only check topics when there is somthing new posted since I last thought I was here, but the board has been slow.
Bee. That is wonderful news. Yippee. Money in your pocket is a good thing. I'm taping the second Jeremiah tonight.
Speaking of good things...I think my brother may have gotten a job at a university here in New Jersey. He was left alone in the hiring co-ordinator's office for a few minutes right before they left to take him to the train station so he could come visit me overnight and he saw a piece of paper on the desk. OK. He peaked. It had a list of a bunch of things he had discussed with people during the day and at the bottom of the page it said in big letters, "Hire him."
We thought we could be excited by that. He should hear in about a week. He also had good interviews in California and Florida recently and Tennasee and someplace near Niagra Falls want to talk to him. I am so excited.

Hi again Baze,
Boy it has been awhile since you were at SFS, they renamed it to SciFi Vine, quite awhile before the end. Then they replaced our beautiful site with the most awful, navigation unfriendly, thing you'd ever wanna see, which finally died also.
You think there were some problems with chat at SFS, you're lucky you didn't experience the chat at the "new, improved" *spit*, SF Vine, oh it was awful.

Hi, again, Baze. I don't believe we met at SFS, but nice to meet you at these new digs!
