Thanks, Bee.
Ok. Second half of the century of living. Maybe I should consider growing up. Be responsible for what I do. Leave my kids to do what they want to do, and wait for the advice they may or may not seek...let them be all they can be. Next month or so, I gain a new title...Grandpa. I'm employeed, working more hours than normally expected, but considering the economy and times, being gainfully employed regardless of the hours is a good thing. There are friends out there I maintain a thin contact with, but they're so important to have. I still remember the first (for me) gathering of Babylon 5 fans in Chicago. I hope they all are doing well, even if I can't contact them all. It was special.
I had dinner tonight at Orale! Orale!. For some, that's a place mentioned from time to time. For others, it's a place known for supplying Margaritas for gatherings, and for a few, a place of good Mexican food. For me, it's a place where I go (55 miles from work) for dinner on rare occasions any more. Folks, the Margaritas are still just as good. Food is still excellent. And the offer is still good...pick a place to get together, and I'll bring enough Margaritas.
Ok, 'nuff said. It's been a good birthday. Life is good.

Seems like again I'm a "day late and a dollar short." Happy birthday, Wizz!! The margaritas supplied in Boston were the best I'd ever had!
Best wishes!!

Happy Birthday my friend! I hope you had a great day. *hugs*
Maybe we can put one of those gatherings together again. Each one has been fun and it's own special charm.
