I understood those prophecies to mean:

Save the Eye that does not see
Londo had to save Gkar from Cartagia, Episode: The Long night Season 4

Do not kill the one that is already dead
Londo had to spare the life Of Sheridan when he was phasing in time,
    Episode:War without End Part 2

Surrender yourself to your greatest fear
Londo had to let the keeper take over his body,
Episode: The Fall of Centauri Prime

I was read this topic in the old place and I personally have not heard a concrete answer as to exactly what each item referred to. Did we ever get a concrete answer or is it still all just speculation still.

Save the Eye (or I) that cannot See, Do not kill the one that is already dead, and at the last Surrender yourself to your greatest fear.

If we have gotten a concrete answer please let me know what it is.

If it's still conjecture, what does everyone hypothesize and why?

    Tan,

Those were mostly my assumptions/understandings as well but:
If not the killing the one who is already dead was Sheridan IN WWE2 Future glimpse, then how could accepting the keeper (Prior to Freeing Sheridan) be his greatest fear.

My take on his greatest fear was accepting that he could no longer save his world, and needed to ask for outside help from Sheridan.

But that doesn't work because if not killing him did the trick, why would he have to surrender to his greatest fear.

So does that make Morden the man who is already dead, since it has to be something he didn't accomplish?

Londo's greatest fear was death. Letting G'Kar kill him was surendering to his greatest fear. It was irony that at the time, he had learned to welcome it.
