Merle when I put the foil on my head, I see three buttresses, instead of just the one. Is that right?

I have decided I should finally read the Amber series. Which is the best book to start with?

"Nine Princes in Amber" is the first one. But if you can score a copy of "The Great Book of Amber," you get all ten novels.
