Mine came out to 94.
Actually it's almost a scary thought if you think about it. I think they should deduct points somewhere on that quiz for all the **** you have to take for living a healthy lifestyle. You would not believe how people at work make fun of my lunch everyday. You'd think I was eating something from outer space. Some days I actually make a wall of lunch bags around my food to deflect some of the negative attention. God forbid I should eat something with tofu in it. They almost pee their pants laughing over that.
O.K. All this reminiscing has caused me stress. I think I should deduct 15 years from my overall total leaving me to exit at the ripe old age of 79.
Wouldn't it be cool to still be having fun right up to the jumping off point?

Tanx fur de welcome. much appreciated.
A friend of mine was a heavy smoker and when he quit he went cold turkey. To avoid packing on the pounds that most quiters gain, he started taking two garlic pills and drank 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily. He never gained any weight and it also lowered his cholesterol level that was high from smoking. Even if you don't smoke but are a coffee drinker, have it checked coz coffee will bump your levels high. It doesn't matter if you are in good health and skinny as a rail.
Bad thing to have. Get your level checked.

Are you kidding? I'm going to be 36 and feel like I'm 66. I don't want to live long. I'm not suicidal, I'm just tired of struggling day after day. I'm ready for heaven, and unfortunately I'm supposed to live to 82 according to the test. There aren't any bills in heaven. A very famous person basically died of his body giving out (old age due to damage) at 34. He felt old, too.
With all I've done, there isn't much left.

Mine came out to 85 for what it's worth. The biggest anomaly with that test is when calulating your BMI. If you work out regularly and build muscle, your height to weight ratio will be different than average. My BMI was said to be 25.54 but it's actually 9.
