Hey, Cherie! Big fan here. Just wanted to say that I bought "********", and loved it. I lived in Hollywood from 1980-1991, and used to play at Madame Wong's West in Santa Monica. Many times the Sandy West Band was playing there, too. Once, while working at Valley Arts Guitar on something belonging to Steve Lukather, he came in and said, "Meet my wife: Marie". I looked up and almost lost it. I thought it was you, of course (at the time). I had to go home and look at my copy of "Messin' With The Boys". Waddy plays so good, doesn't he? Anyway, looking at the pictures of your beautiful home online made me miss California REAL BAD. You have to let me audition if you ever need a guitarist. You and I are right around the same age (19!), but it would be a toss-up as to who had the longest hair. That may not be cool anymore, I'm not sure. In any case, I think you look great these days, and I just wanted to say, "Hi", and say you have my support, and "Hang in there". Love, Lenny.

Hey, Cherie! It's only me!! I just remembered that when my band (at the time), named "Lucy Blew", played at the FM Station in N. Hollywood, I looked up, and saw Lita Ford (with new tattoos), and another girl in the audience. Were you that other girl? In any case---we would have been honored for you young ladies to get up onstage with us and do a Lou Reed or a David Bowie (preferably Spiders era) with us. What I mean to say is that, it would have been a CLASSIC rock 'n roll moment-- worthy of CREEM magazine.(In MY mind, anyway). "In spite of the amputations--she danced to the L.A. Rock 'N Roll Station..." I ONLY play with nice guys (SMART nice guys). I'm honored that you actually answered my first email. Listen, every time I met a real,a TRUE STAR, they were really cool, totally normal , good people (Eric Clapton, etc.). So, you turned out to be one of those. I knew you were a sweetie. A lot of people are so mean these days, I'm sure you know what I mean.
Have a good one, baby. Try not to forget about me, Lenny.
