Gus, I gotta agree with you on Jennifer Jason Leigh. One of the great underappreciated actresses for sure. Jodie Foster is tops since no one can match her range and quality of work. Linnea Quigley clothed or not (I'm a fan of bad B movies), and of course the original scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis. Kurt Russell tops the list of guys for me. Robert Duvall, Harrison Ford and Samuel L Jackson are up there too. If we include dead people, then John Wayne and Peter Sellers are all time favs.

Was never really a fan of Bill Murray in the early days, but my opinion of him has changed recently- particularly after seeing 'Broken Flowers'. Patricia Clarkson has the knack of giving understated,quality performances in understated, quality movies. And Philip Seymour Hoffman, of course - can't wait to see him as Truman Capote.
