looking for my old copy of neon angel i come across my box of mementos and one was the ticket stub from what was supposed to be the runaways but turned out to be joan and a new band called the blackhearts! july 10, 1981!a tiny little bar called crazy al's.in inpls. just had to share.

yeh it was a bar and i had just turned 21. it was there i also saw the gogos later on.thats where i got to used just buying a ticket at the door. took a while before the shows would be sold out when joan became the huge star we knew she would.
