good lord - sue saad and the next! what next? haven't thought of that bird for many moons. let's not forget the equally obscure Pearl Harbour and the Explosions. Or, Margo Random and the Space Virgins. who could forget Genya Ravan? PLEASE don't ignore Cherie-lookalike, Vicki Razorblade and her band Venus and the Razorblades either. Dyan Diamond anyone? i could go on but i shan't.

There's a brief story in the Boston Globe this morning about young local women rockers giving credit to what the Globe says is the original hard-rocking woman - Chrissie Hynde!! Not that I have anything against her, but ... incredible ... they should read this message board - in fact, I'm forwarding it to the Go! column right now.
