<u>About the Artist</u>
Cherie Currie is an accomplished singer, actress, author, songwriter, painter, and award winning chainsaw carver.

Among her many accomplishements, she was the lead singer of the popular all girl band The Runaways, and starred in the movies Foxes (with Jodie Foster) and Parasite (with Demi Moore). She also wrote the book NEON ANGELS 'The Cherie Currie Story', which is currently being made into a major motion picture - Neon Angel.

Truly a versatile artist, Cherie now lends her artistic abilities to a cause that is important to her: Cancer Prevention. In particular, sun protection hats which can help to lower the risk of skin damage caused by the harmful rays of the sun. HaloMates, Inc.

Jake Hays is a 17 year old artist, composer, producer and musician with a great imagination. He said "I started drawing as soon as my fingers started moving."

Jake likes "being himself" so when he's not in school or studying, he's either spending time with his family or playing guitar with his friends. His motto is "I love my parents and I hate drugs."

He knows sun protection is important for everyone: Be safe in the sun, Dudes!
