Hey, I have never posted here before but I am a big Runaways/Joan Jett fan.
I thought you all would like to know that an old episode of "Matlock" with Cherie will be airing at 3pm Jan 14 on the Hallmark Channel.(http://www.tv-now.com/stars/andy.html) The episode is called "The Informer."

Hey folks,
Don't read this if you are planning to watch Matlock: The Informer.
I don't want to spoil it for you!

A suspect in Matlock's investigation says he has an alibi.
He says he was with his girlfriend, Renee Thorton (played by Cherie Currie)
when the murder was committed!
In one scene she acknowledges that they were together.
Matlock finds out she was elsewhere though, getting a traffic ticket, at the time!
Her boyfriends perjury is exposed in court in typical Matlock fashion!
Cherie looks gorgeous, though quite guilty, sitting there watching him testify!
A relatively small part but, as usual, when Cherie makes the scene,
she steals the show,

I was having my first and only root canal and I was nervous as ****. I had heard all kinds of stories. This o.r.a.l surgeon had a television mounted in the ceiling. He gave me some laughing gas (first for that also) and the remote control. I flipped on to "Murder She Wrote". It so happens that the episode was "It's a Dogs Life" and Cherie played a character named Echo Cramer. [img]graemlins/film.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img] I still laugh when I tell people about my root canal experience. It was great! I could have sat in that chair all day. The procedure took long enough that I got to see the whole show.
