I can't find the book

I'm having a heck of a time finding Neon Angel. I found a few at Amazon.com but they were outrageously expensive. I love Cherie but I just can't afford $50 for a paperback book.

So, help me out folks!

They do have used copies of Neon Angel, starting at $39.99 on amazon.com!
That is really the only place I know of to find the book now.

It wasn't that long ago you could still get signed copies from Cherie's web store, for a reasonable price, but the book has been getting harder and harder to find, in the past few years, especially with the news that they are making a Runaways movie based on the manuscript of the updated version of it.

It still shows up on eBay sometimes but the cost would probably be comparable to amazon.

I've got a feeling amazon won't even have them much longer!

I'll let you know if I see it anywhere else!

Not that I know of. I think that possibility was put on the back burner when the idea of using it as the foundation for a Runaways movie came up!

Maybe it will still come out, in print, eventually.
That would be cool!

Well, guess I'll have to save my pennies and try and get a copy off Amazon. I recently had cancer surgery and I figured this would be a great read while I'm recovering. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I'm happy to hear that word "recovery" Lesa! Sorry to hear you needed that surgery though.
I'll definitely keep an eye out for the book. I've checked several places but no luck so far!

Thanks for the well wishes Gus. So far, they got it all, but I may not be able to play guitar again depending on how it heals.

It was skin cancer that wrapped around the tendons in my hand. It's pretty nasty looking but at least I've got my hand.

I understnad . I cant locate mine so i am going to buy another and also get the runaways famous mag interviews too off ebay oramazon. Glad to hear your are recovering. Something that might help your recovery is this delicious concoction called a margaritas i've discovered this week since i've been off for christmas.That and watching Willie Nelson and other dvds on my new portable dvd player i got for xmas. So your op was on your strumming hand or fretting hand? . Either way i hope you beat it.
