Okay...I grant you, MySpace videos never work very well for me
but I don't think the distorted sound is just on my end!
Does it sound alright to anyone???
Hopefully, it does!

Cherie your simply fabulous!
There has been some questions about whether or not all of The Bangles were at the tribute show that night. According to this Electric Lounge review. The 3 Bangles played 2 songs and then Vicki Peterson also played with the House Band!
"Well, the other day a "Tribute to the Runaways" posting at the Roxy caught my eye. How could I miss that one? Especially once I found out that the Bangles were going to make a special appearance as well as Cherie Currie herself. I was sold. The show itself was not as great as I had it hyped up to be unfortunately. It wasn't bad, just way too short. The Bangles (minus Michael, go figure) only played two tunes. One was "Queens Of Noise" and the other an old Seeds tune, "Pushing Too Hard". That was pretty damned cool but again, WAY to short lived. Then the house band, if you will, came out and played two more Runaway tunes one of which was "California Paradise" and other is escaping me for some reason with Vicki Peterson of the Bangles on vocals. Then Cherie came out and did "Cherry Bomb" and that was pretty much it. Cherie also had her 18 year old son play guitar with them which I thought was really cool. Sure there was another band after but I lost interest. Still, it was worth going for sure."

Hey gang,
I found a better quality video of The Bangles doing Queens Of Noise on YouTube!
Here's the link:
YouTube - Bangles paying tribute to the Runaways "Queens of Noise" at the Roxy
Still hoping to find a better one of Cherie, doing Cherry Bomb and the rest of the Daisy Rock Tribute show but no luck so far!
I think The Bangles did a pretty good job here!
