I can't imagine Elvis appearing at Woodstock but I like the rest of your list!
I would add Eric Burdon & The Animals and Janis Joplin!
Welcome to the Cherie board, btw!

From Wikianswers
The Woodstock promoters contacted John Lennon about The Beatles performing. Lennon was agreeable but the rest of the band wasn't. Lennon offered the Plastic Ono Band as a replacement but the promoters said no. The Doors at first agreed and then cancelled. The cited explanation was that Jim Morrison did not like performing in outdoor environments.
But lets play a little fantasy game here....
Supposing YOU ran The Legendary Woodstock Festival on August 15-17, 1969 and reached an 11th Hour Deal to get Lennon and the rest to play Woodstock ?
Can you imagine Jim Morrison psyching up over 50,000 attendees as well ???
Here's my list of performers that I would've had at Woodstock with some help from Bill Graham would've done a much better job organizing, scheduling, crowd controlling, and limiting the amount of freeloaders there...
The Rolling Stones
Bob Dylan
Joni Mitchell - She sang about it and she should've gone despite wehat her manager said
The Peter Green Era Fleetwood Mac (Can you imagine Peter Green & Carlos Santana jamming on Black Magic Woman ?
The Who
Jimi Hendrix
Jefferson Airplane
Joan Baez
The Band
Blood, Sweat & Tears
Allman Brothers Band
Canned Heat
Creedence Clearwater Revival
Crosby, Stills, & Nash
Neil Young
The Grateful Dead
Arlo Guthrie
Iron Butterfly
Mountain
Quill
Santana
John Sebastian
Ravi Shankar
Sly & The Family Stone
Ten Years After
Richie Havens
and dare I say it ....
Elvis Presley ?????
So c'mon all and put your fantasy roster together !

Thanks for the Welcome Danger Man !
Elvis would've suffered a major coronary if he had seen all the free love and drug fueled antics taking place in front of him !!!
Also I would've had LED ZEPPELIN perform since they were nearby in NJ that Weekend (Asbury Park) and could've squeezed in some time at Woodstock....
Plus THE GUESS WHO
JETHRO TULL would've been another great act to mellow out the crowd between lets say THE ROLLING STONES and THE WHO....
AND....
How about Frank Zappa and The Mothers ?
Or a little more Soul Flavoring with...
James Brown and/or Chuck Berry as well ?
I just thought of another band I would have introduced at Woodstock....
THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS
Debbie Harry could have made it big much sooner than she did!

What if Future Fleetwood Mac Members Stevie Nicks and Bob Welch played Woodstock ?
Stevie and her group FRITZ opened for Janis and Jimi on various West Coast shows and Bob Welch played alongside several of the above mentioned acts !

The person I was always surprised that did not play at Woodstock was Donovan.
He was very popular at the time, what with his hit "Atlantis" and all.
I know he had some visa issues due to his pot bust of a few years before, but he toured the US in 1969, so obviously he was over here
